DO NOT USE WHITE'S CLEANERS IN THE PUBLIX SHOPPING CENTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



The cleaner, John, ruined two Ann Taylor shirts earlier this year supposedly trying to clean a stain on one of the shirts. John told me he accidentally ruined the shirts and offered to pay to replace them. When I bought two identical shirts and presented John with the bill, he stated he only offered to pay half.



Stupidly, I continued to take clothes to White's Cleaners. Last week, John ruined a vintage silk and linen jacket by dying and shrinking it. This time, John did not tell me he ruined the jacket. When I discovered what had happened to the jacket and confronted John, he denied White's Cleaners had ruined it.



I took it to another cleaner who confirmed the jacket had been ruined by a dry cleaner and cannot be fixed. I am taking White's Cleaners to small claims court.



Don't learn the hard way! DO NOT USE WHITE'S CLEANERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
