I brought in a white/navy dress for dry cleaning. I had washed it at home previously, in the washing machine. This dry cleaner managed to stain all the white areas with navy. I asked if I had to pay for the ruined dress, and the rude lady at the counter said, "well we cleaned it, so what do you think?" Never again

Not recommended.... Dry cleaning not done on premises. Coupons are a joke. Not true representation of what you will pay up front before cleaning when you drop things off. They add $1 for every piece and everything they can think of. Not to mention on my first visit to pick up my clothes, they insisted a dress in my order was mine when it wasn't. Very strange. Made me nervous enough to not go back since I would not be happy if my dry cleaning items were given to another customer.
