There is always some risk and trepidation when you entrust your elderly parents to a caregiver provider. The risk and uncertainty is magnified significantly whenever the caregiving engagement is orchestrated remotely. However, Comfort Keepers of Oveido were stellar in taking care of Mom and Dad for over the last 6 months. The staff were always responsive and professional, and the caregivers were very reliable and caring. All requests were handled in a timely manner with thorough follow through, and their processes for email invoicing, daily email updates, time logging and reporting made them easily the best caregiving engagement over the last 3 years. I recommend them with no reservation!

Never use again!!!Their staff was unprofessional.Stayed on cell phones all thru shifts. Was never constant with the same caregiver.And the caregivers had no skills or should I say the personalities to understand the needs of the senior population.Acually there is a minus star rating not even one star!
