First time ever buying a re-manufactured ink cartridge. I give the manager my empty ink cartridge and, and I'm given a replacement for a very reasonable price. I get home and go to take it out of the box, and the plastic bag the cartridge was in has a pool of ink in it. I take the bag over my bathroom sink in order to keep ink from spilling everywhere. Ink was all over the cartridge. I took a paper towel and tried to wipe it off as best I could. I put it in my printer, and got three pages of print before it started to malfunction. I called the store, and the manager told me to reset the power on my printer. He started to blame my printer or the heat. I told him my printer was working fine before this, and that my car was air conditioned. I asked if I could return it, and I was told yes. I return it two days later, and the manager looks at the cartridge and says, "That does not belong to us." I told him it was the one he gave me. He said there was a yellow sticker missing from the cartridge. I told him I don't remember a yellow sticker being on it, or if there was one on it, then it came off due to the ink. He was insinuating that I brought back a different cartridge to get a refund. He wasn't going to give me a refund. I finally got him to give me another cartridge to replace the defective one. So I go home and dig through my garbage and what do I find, but the plastic bag with the sticker in it, that looks like it was never attached to the cartridge. No where on the receipt or the box does it state that a yellow sticker is required for a refund. Rude customer service. Insinuating I'm committing fraud. I contacted corporate about this. Will never do business with them again.

At 5:00 our receptionist informed me we were out of toner and Ricoh could not get it to us next day. PANIC !!! Our office absolutely depends on our copier. I called all the big box office supply stores and of course they couldn't help me. I called around and finally Cartridge World Oviedo had 1 left. I explained to the guy that I was all the way in Downtown Orlando and by now it was 5:20pm and they closed at 6:00. He told me "Don't worry, I will wait for you". After 45 minutes of fighting traffic I finally made it and YES, he was there waiting on me. I'm sure after a long day he was ready to go home to his family but he told me that they believe in helping the customer. Thank you again. You guys have a customer for life!

The cartridges I bought here were really cheap (at least in comparison to Staples or Office Max). They give free delivery, and the quality is just the same if not better. Once I even got more pages out of their ink than the OEM, and as a plus im helping the environment as well since I got the cartridge refilled. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to save money (who doesn't).
