PUKE ON THE JUMPING AREA! STAFF WOULD NOT CLEAN IT UP! I pointed out the puke at the end of one jumping area to the staff member supervising and he walked over looked at it then just looked at it and made a face and walked away. Left it there the entire time we jumped. Of course now after going there my kids have a horrible fever. The bathrooms were filthy also. This place was NOT worth it. Just big trampolines no extras like the nicer jump places have. I would not go here again if someone gave me free passes!!!!!! The guy at the front was rude about the waivers, our pass, and ridiculous over their certain socks but they cannot even keep the place clean?!!! Apply your strict rules to your employees and the cleanliness of your establishment instead of your customers.

Took my family here last weekend, really amazing experience. The check in girl who helped was incredibly helpful and very nice. Referees were friendly and engaging to our kids. They had an arcade for adults who weren't jumping and a toddler zone for our youngest who couldn't jump. We're coming back for sure.

Terrible. Unfriendly employees. Unorganized sign in process. Unlike other jump gyms in town this one kids go barefoot and adults wear ankle braces over bare feet, it was gross. Like bowling shoes only worse. We saw a small child hurt his knee and fall down and a manager came out and instead of helping or encouraging told him he couldn't sit down and needed to move. Another employee told our pregnant friend the couldn't sit down and watch us near the main entrance, that she needed to go wait on a bench or at a table alone...Drive across town to another before wasting your time and money here.
