I have taken my 2 cats here numerous times and I've never been less than 100% satisfied. The owner is amazing and has wonderful skill and expertise when it comes to dealing with my high maintenance (hates people) cat. As long as this grooming salon is open, I'll never take my pets elsewhere.

I had taken my mom's two dogs (a maltese and a mini yorkie) here previously and the outcome was very well. So, I had no problems taking them there again to be groomed. BIG MISTAKE! First, we were going to pick them up later in the afternoon but we were called less than two hours after dropping them off to pick them up because one of the dogs had an infected ear. This was not at all close to the truth. One of my dogs came out well groomed and the other (which she already knew of previous issues with this dog and groomers and to take extra care with his ears) had both of his ears cut at the tip and two other places where he was shaved too close in front of his ear and on his neck. Two weeks later and the poor pup's ear is still bleeding and had to finally be taken to the vet. He is now on antibiotics and if the bleeding doesn't stop, he will have to be sedated and have it cleaned. We were charged $110 for the grooming and so far we are at over $40 for the vet. I do not recommend using this groomer unless you tell them to KEEP AWAY FROM THE FACE!

Bark Wolf! Bark Wolf! That is exactly what my two precious dogs say every time I tell them its time go get cut or washed! I have now been bringing my two babies into As The Tail Wags for over 2 years now. Never once have I ever come out disappointed with their service or ever had the feeling of remorse from using them. Along with that, I know deep down in my heart that my two kids are safe and well taken care of without even a drop of doubt. The dogs if sent in for a wash always come out sparking clean and smelling absolutely fantastic. When it comes to times when its necessary for a cut they come out cute and very well done. The staff is another plus up as well. Kristie is an absolute darling and goes above and beyond when it comes to a favor or anything that is needed. Tyler is a very nice young man who you can tell from the second you meet him has a love for dogs that comes down from deep inside. And Emily is a pro at what she does, has a great attitude as well, and takes her time in making sure every cut is perfect. The price you pay is a steal for the way they are taken care for. There is always food and water down for the dogs in case they need something to drink or eat. Which is a relief as I would hate to see my kids go thirsty or hungry. Once the dogs are done, they call quickly so the little loves can be taken home, but not before the best part of course, which is they always come home with a decoration, My little girl has came out with flowers around her neck and my little boy has came out with a little bow tie around his. This makes them look 1000X more adorable and just is another reason why I would never take my business anywhere else.
