I come here all the time and never have a problem with how my nails are actually done.. I've been going there for a few years and haven't had any issues.. BUT the last 2 times I've been the guy who did my mani & pedi overcharged me. The first time I didn't realize it but another woman who works there made him give me a $5 refund. This time I was pretty sure it was too much.. $30 for the pedicure and $35 for a gel French manicure. They don't have any prices posted so it's not like I could really argue it.. Until you go outside and look back at the window it says $25 pedicure.. And another sign said $45 gel manicure and pedicure.. So it was too late at that point to argue it, but I won't return :(

Not even half of a star out of five. My nail technician, Lee, argued with me about everything from the minute I sat down. I had gel polish over my natural nails and he sent three people to look so he could try to prove me wrong. During my manicure, he cut my cuticle, which led to infection. He kept rolling his eyes when I asked him to sharpen my stiletto nails, then when it came to the color, they ran out and he tried to convince me that this new color he picked was the same and when I finally paid and didn't tip, he sucked his teeth at me! I wouldn't recommend this salon to ANYONE.

The first time I visited this salon I was impressed with how clean it was. The young lady who did my nails was obviously not very experienced. She did "burn" me with the filing drill several times but she was very nice. I was pleased overall with the manicure and returned a second time. The next time I got the same girl and asked for a gel fill. As soon as I got home the entire surface of the nail was crackly. My Mom needed a fill so we made an appointment for first thing Sunday morning. They took me in immediately and Mom was in the waiting area. Instead of taking both of us at the same time they had the other techs taking new walk ins and made Mom wait until my tech was done with me. We walked out and Mom never got her nails done. I vowed not to go back ever again. Yesterday was a friend's birthday so she scheduled a pedi party there. We had a reservation. When we arrived they didn't seat us together. Then the tech who was supposed to assist me saw my psoriasis on my leg. She said she couldn't give me a pedicure. I was completely embarassed and hurt. Psoriasis is not an open wound or sore, it is severely dry skin. It is not contagious. I have never in my life had someone refuse to do a pedicure becuase of my psoriasis. When I got mad and tried to leave she wouldn't let go of my foot and said she would do a polish change. Why would I ever give them my money for anything after this? Again I had to walk out without getting service. I definitely do NOT recommend this place.

Nice, friendly atmosphere. Good customer service. I have found their nails stay on longer that at other salons. I would recommend Sweet D. on Antioch.
