Been going to Mr. D's send 1974. Have moved eight times in the area since then and have flown all around the world with the Air Force but one of the small pleasures on my life is stopping in at Mr. D's and purchasing milk chocolate long johns. My wife and children like the cream filled long johns. Favorite pastry is the fried cimmamon with either the milk chocolate or caramel icing and crushed peanuts. The shop is much to look at. The cash register is a hand crank and the coffee pot is bunn coffeemaker with a Mr. Coffee pot. The smell of the shop is a true donut shop and you are met my a older lady with a smile on her face.
