I liked my haircut, it turned out nice. But of course it's nice to have conversations with the stylist(s) and such, esp at a beauty salon, sometimes others having their hair done join in. There was only one other women having color done and I thought that was a good thing. The banter and chatter was pleasant..the usual women topics, until one of the stylist servicing the other women started talking about a relationship she was in with a married man! As a women I was offended, she however didn't think a thing of it! Shame..shame should be kept to yourself. I will see about maybe going to the 135th street location as I like your prices.

Just called to have a $75 gift certificate mailed to me, in Iowa, that I could give to my mother in law who lives in KC. They, "don't mail gift certificates." Guess they could have charged me $75.46 if they are that worried about postage. Their loss and I have to say, VERY POOR CUSTOMER .
