I was disappointed with the service and the lack of variety. I walked in and there was no one in the store front, I guess all the employees were in the back. Asked for manager since I was disappointed in service but they said manager wasn't there! I gave them my number for the manager to call me back so I could give them constructive criticism but I have still not received a call. I will never return and only shop at bed bath and beyond and Costco that have better prices on crystal and better service!!

I love to shop as you can tell from my screen name. I like Michelle and all the kind things she does for the community. If you support her business she will go miles in return. I would rather know my purchases are going toward keeping a job for a small business owner than going to a big corporation who doesn't care about the mom and pop local stores. Have a great 2011 Holiday Seasion you guys! K
