Thank you, Dalton's, for making a difficult time very easy for my family. I searched online all day for a reasonable price on a casket spray for my aunt's funeral, and found nothing we could afford. A friend recommended Dalton's, so I took a picture of what I wanted with me. The prices were amazing - we were able to include a wreath as well! They were so kind and understanding, and they kept the whole process simple. He even brought out the flowers he intended to use to okay it with us. Nice people, great atmosphere, and affordable! The arrangements were beautiful!

I don't write reviews often, but was so offended after a brief visit here that I wanted to mention it. I gave myself a couple weeks to cool off before writing this and I'm still offended! I know I didn't look like a "high roller" that day since I had my children with me, but I was wanting to set up a corporate account. The woman I spoke with talked to me like I was stupid and she seemed to assume that I was poor. Apparently they don't like people they think are poor. I wanted to ask a few questions, and was told I needed to talk to the owner, but he wouldn't come out to speak to me despite being just a few feet away. The lady just stood there looking at me like I was a nuisance she couldn't wait to push out the door. The people skills here are seriously lacking. She made me feel uncomfortable, small, and unimportant within minutes of entering the building. I gave my business to another florist, who will now get my recurring referrals and orders (they lost a lot of business from me for being so rude), and I will tell anyone who will listen to stay away from Dalton's.
