Aschoff Construction Inc Aschoff Construction Inc, founded by Owner/President Walter Aschoff, started in 1994 as a concrete and steel building erection subcontractor. Located on the southern outskirts of Osmond, Nebraska along Highway 121, our facilities consist of a Business Office, Equipment Garage and Shop. During 1998 steps were taken to become a General Contractor. In 2006 Aschoff Construction Inc increased Management support staff to handle growth created by increased business and sales. Through this process of development we have grown into a firm that employs 25 30 full time employees year round and flexing up to 35 40 employees during the summer. Aschoff Construction Inc employees partners in our success make our mission statement come alive in the way they work with every customer. Our customers have responded tremendously. Their support has enabled Aschoff Construction Inc to extend our operation throughout Northeast Nebraska and beyond.
