Went to sell a few items. The employees at the shop, only two were extremely rude and didn't even look at my one item which was vintage. Maybe the owners need to rehire and fire these two individuals. The lack of customer service and respect from these young guys is terrible. Maybe they should remember what we sell or buy pays for their paycheck. Anyways I would suggest not going to this pawn store, worst service, atmosphere, business practice etc. Suggestion, hire more knowledgeable, outgoing, mature, and pleasant employees your business would be 10 times better.

Nice people and Great prices on DVDs. Would definitely go back and buy from them again. Also a clean store

My son wanted me to pawn his extra little T.V. So him and I walked all the way with the T.V. in a wagon. There was 10 people waiting to be helped and only one worker. Then after 15 minutes this other guy finally comes out. Eventually we got helped. He asked pawn or sell. I said sell, even though I really didn't want too. He asked me how much I was looking for. Well I didn't know. There the experts you tell me. And hes like well if it was up to me, if give you a dollar. He kept asking. I still didn't know. Any way he eventually asked for my I.D. and then said " I'm sorry but we can't do business with you anymore." He said because there was a police investigation with my name and when that happens, then there done. I said that's f*+@$# up. I never sold anything there. So walked all the way home in tears. I got embarrassed in the store and in front of my son. So when I got home I was so upset, I called the police department to get to the bottom of it. She said there is no "investigation" on me and if there was, they'd come talk to me. So then I called the store back, asked to speak to the manager. Here it ended up to be the same guy who waited on us. (Gary). He said he couldn't tell me which police department or what it was about, but there still done doing business with me. OK first of all I want to clear my name. If your accusing me of anything, then do your job and prove it to me. Because I know I'm not a thief. And I havnt sold s#!+ there. You shouldn't accuse any body of anything with a "phone call." I could call and IM a police officer and make sh!+ up and ruin someone's credit and or life. How is that fair? It's bogus. DONT EVER GO THERE EVER. THEY LIE, EMBARRASS AND RUIN YOUR LIFE WITH LIES.

dont bother AT ALL. store manager Gary is VERY unpleasant to deal with. the only employee that has ever treated us with respect and offer excellent customer care has left. wheres Steve???

has gone way downhill since taken over by big chain - used to be nice store fairly priced ( and would use wiggle room if felt unfairly priced ) now wont haggle a penny - not to mention now dont even have 24 hours to try - at least used to have a couple weeks if something went wrong could bring back for store credit - now have to pay extra for that - always about the money now not the customer. and they are very rude most of them. thier products are of lesser quality and higher cost - used to shop almsot weekly and spent tons of money thorugh the yrs - have spent hardly anything since they became ez pawn. they are a pawn shop not selling brand new goods and often prices cheaper at the stores so watch and price check regular stores before buying. sad they lost original owner - thier customer service was awesome. now they have tons of staff that just sits around doing nothing - have to chase em down if want to see something and half arent very knowlegeable about stuff there - i wouldnt even give em a one but its the lowest there is - id igive em a half for the dvd sets i occassionally find that arents cratched and to high to buy used

Have a thousand dollar ring on layaway. Always early on payments. Called to say we wanted to make a payment but would get there at 6, right when they're supposed to close. Manager Gary said it wouldn't be a problem. Got there at 5:59 and doors were locked and rude employees wouldn't even listen when we said what was going on. We came from ripon. The girl with a thousand piercings finally let us in but was extremely rude and blaming us. Told her that HER MANAGER said it was fine and it wasn't our fault. There was still people there shopping and there was no need for rudeness. Also the store is very small and overpriced. Also very dirty and low quality merchandise. Go anywhere else!!!!! You have been warned!
