I liked the way they work! There are no short cuts! Everything is done the way it should! I talked to one of the owners and thanked him for doing the job right! I have a big old insert and you have to pull it out to get behind and clean it. It is very heavy and it is not easy to do this! There was so much soot that it looked like it had not been cleaned in years; mind you I had it inspected and cleaned two years ago when I moved in, but of course I never got to watch when they did this, even though they charged me twice as much for this as Mike did! All in all I like the way they do things. Mike's "Motto" is "I sleep well at night because I do my job right!" You cannot be any happier than that, and he well deserves this! Marina
