Please avoid this store at all costs. A sales associate signed me up for a line and upgraded to a phone I never received for a sales commission. The store manager would not fix this problem, even after ATT corporate instructed me to go to the store and have the line cancelled. This nightmare took me over 10 hours to correct of my life and was the worst customer service experience I have endured in my life. Please if you deal with ATT, go to them directly and no "authorized dealer".
