We went in to get the oil sending unit and the power steering gear box replaced because they were leaking. Honest 1 gave us a quote of $1100 (I waited in the waiting room for 45 min. They finally said they would call me back with quote. This was at 2 and I didn't hear back from them until almost closing.) I researched the parts so when they finally called I had a pretty good idea how much it should be. When they did the breakdown they were charging almost 3 times what the parts cost. We went down the road to another shop who is going to do the same work for $496. Honest 1 was trying to stick it to us. Save yourselves the trouble and go somewhere else.

I had my rear brakes replaced by a different repair shop who did not bleed the brakes. My brake pedal was down to the floor and I was told that I should pump the brakes. I then took the car to Honest-1 who bled the brakes and when they snapped the bleeder screw on a rusty wheel cylinder they replaced it free of charge. Honest, professional and superior service. They will be our mechanic of choice from now on.

We were visiting Ormond Beach and our car had problems. The guys there were great. They stayed late to get our car repaired and the bill was Significantly less than I thought it would be. They took us into the shop and showed us where the brake was leaking fluid. They repaired the section of line that was rusted (too many winters) and the brakes have worked without problem since. They could have taken us to the cleaners but instead they lived up to their name.

Awesome service.

Probably the most cleanliest auto shop I've ever been to - have free drinks and wifi while you wait.
