Our interventional pain management physicians focus on the evaluation of treatment and pain from injuries you have sustained to your head, neck and lower back during an automobile accident. The work performed by neurologists is a bit different from the work you would expect from a family doctor. The neurologist specializes in the central and peripheral nervous systems, or those that are based in the brain and spinal cord. If you've been injured in a car crash, you should consider the dangers of head and neck injuries you might have sustained. Its a good idea to visit with the professionals at coastal pain and neurology centers. We will work with you to plan an auto injury treatment course to alleviate the suffering associated with your car accident injury. One of the most common injuries experienced after a collision is whiplash. This is caused by the sudden and intense back and forth motion of your head. Call us now to scheduled an appt!

The office staff was very nice, but the office was old, with a distinct smoke smell. The carpet in the waiting room is filthy. I was only here for testing. Would not return.

Everyone in this office is disrespectful they treat you like a drug addict. My dr. of 3 yr had retired and so my husband had went to this office for a injury lawsuit seeing Benezzete ( who was a fine dr.) so figured I would give it a try. Of course I got stuck with Marebelli who is foreighn and I could barely understand anything he would say. He was determined to have me take nothing but METHADONE, me not havng an MRI for 5 yr I insisted he order me one in doing so he filled out the paperwork wrong and my insurance denied it so my husband called the Insurance and they told him that they was just requesting my medical reason for one and he wouldn't put it down wanting me to do PT for 3 days a wk over a course of 3 months. My ins. even sent me a letter with these details. I was taking methadone but 2-3 at bedtime with Percoset for breakthrough pain and had already had an issue with methadone building up in my body due to constipation in which I was on lactulose for so I told him I could not take more than 3 he told me I would do as he said so first month he said 4 at bedtime and cut my percosets in half. after taking as prescribed the 1st wk I was so dopped up I couldn't stay awake so I cut way back to 1 methadone until I could get back to myself then went in the office and told what happened of course Merabelle would not come out but told the lady to tell me I would not be getting anything else so next appointment he screamed at me yelling with a mad red face so bad the lobby could hear. He told me I would take nothing but methadone, so I asked could I have nothing but percocets because I new methadone was much worse for me and he let me know I would not get them staighting they were worse for me. I am no dr. but I have read enough to know better. He gave me a prescription of 4 methadone at bedtime and then sent me a letter 3 weeks latter telling me I was discharged because I wouldn't follow persejure he was one that never gave me my PT papers and tell me where to go and gave me a tens and back brace which the order was dated for my first appointment but gave me when I went to office complaining of not filling out insurance for correct. So when I looked for another Dr. had to tell who I last seen then that dr. Malik treated me bad.. another story on his page. Everyone in pain are not Addicts why are we being treated as such?

boston also, they are impossible to reach, don't return calls. Drop patients 10 days before they have an appt. after 2 years of being a patient, for a reason that makes no sense. 150$ a month for drug tests, every month. only care about money and no care for patient.

I meet a pain management ( Dr. Bhalani)three weeks ago in Port Orange FL and OMG that was hell. I'm not ever kidding the, doctor was a jerk. So I asked my PC for a new referral and Coastal pain center is the one he gave me. I have a doctors appointment in two weeks so I hope things go well. I will post after my visit letting you know weather or not their good. For now I don't see any bad reviews.

excellent

This is an excellent medical facility. The physical therapy staff is outstanding. Extremely professional and knowledgable.

I would recommend them to anyone. Professionally friendly and get the job done quickly. The massage therapists are

excellent also.

From the time you walk in with the friendly hello from the front desk manager, Tanya, until the time you leave, it is a

great experience, no matter how bad the pain.
