Provided by YP.comHorrible experience. Bank bounced a check stating that someone was trying to fraudulently withdraw $857, so there wasn't enough in our account to pay the check. It was a DEPOSIT of $857. They told us to write another check in lieu of first check they erroneously bounced. We did as instructed. Then they paid BOTH checks and charged us overdraft fee on that. Taking us over a month so far to get the second overdraft fee back.
There are other problems, too, with the timing that our online banking bills are paid.
