De lo peor. El conductor no dejo subir familias en su viaje de regreso Disney World-hotel, supuestamente por no tener reserva para esa hora, si tener en cuenta que habían niños pequeños y era el último viaje del día, estaban cerrando. Al llamar a la compañía para quejarnos, la sorpresa fue mayor, cuando vimos como defendían descaradamente al conductor apoyando una mentira "el autobús estaba lleno" cuando en el mismo se le permitió a otras familias subir, ademas de quedar lugares vacíos. Teniendo en cuenta que vivimos en Estados Unidos, una sociedad donde la satisfacción del cliente es importante, negocios como este no deberían tener accseso a parques como Disney. Cierren las puertas a compañias como esta. Insatisfacción 10/10.

Водитель автобуса не позволял семьям ехать обратно из Disney World в отель, предположительно потому, что они не забронировали для этого времени, не смотря на то, что среди них были маленькие дети, и это была последняя поездка дня, уже парк закрывался. Когда звонили в компанию пожаловаться, удивились больше, когда мы поняли, как они вопиюще защитили водителя, поддерживая ложь, как «автобус был заполнен», когда в том же автобусе другим семьям разрешалось подниматься, и в дополнение было много места. Все, учитывая что мы живем в Соединенных Штатах, в обществе где важна удовлетворенность клиентов, такие предприятия не должны иметь доступа к таким паркам, как Disney. Закройте двери таким компаниям. Неудовлетворение 10/10.

Of the worst. The bus driver did not let up families on the trip back from Disney World to the hotel, because they had not reserved for that time, if you take into account that there were small children and it was the last trip of the day because the park was closing . When calling the company to complain, surprise!, we realize how blatantly defended the driver supporting a lie "the bus was full" Considering that we live in USA a society where customer satisfaction is important, businesses like this shouldn't exist.
