They stole my new iPhone 5 sitting by the door on his way out. He immediately turned of the GPS and turned the phone off. I gave them several opps to return it or at least hide it somewhere where I could find it. I contacted their office and explain this to the lady and she looked into it for me. I agreed to allow them to return it to me today with no questions asked. They still refuse to admit they stole it or return it even though I have proof they took it.
I have always been a loyal customer of Sears and sad this took place. They will never be in my home again!
