I was referred to Richards AC from a friend who had work done. I can't say much for the service, because it was hard getting an answer from the employee that was on call. It was 104 degrees outside and my ac was not working, i called early enough that there would have possibly been time to have someone take a look at my AC.

The employee on call, was not in the orlando area and kept saying that maybe his helper would be able to come by. I couldn't get a straight answer from him. He said he would call back in 15 minutes and 35 minutes later no call. When I tried calling to find out what was going on, there was no answer. If it needed to wait till tomorrow that's fine, just tell me so I can go about the rest of my day. 3 hours of waiting around for an answer is not acceptable.

I am sure they do good work if you can get them over to your house. Very Disappointed so far...

They did an excellent job. The A/C was only off for a few hours and they cleaned up their work area. Thw owner came back after installation to give me a few tips on how to properly set air vents , work with the AC filter etc.. Great job, great AC and excellent service.
