I hired Kessley and Adrianna Borborema of Real Brick Pavers to install 276 square feet of pavers. The end result was her crew quitting and walking off the site with the job incomplete as they gave up.

Initially I was told by Adrianna that due to the slope in my side yard I would have to pay an extra fee of $150 to level out the ground in preparation for installation, of which I agreed. I suggested using a bobcat mini bull dozer to level the side yard but was told that it was not necessary. Instead, the crew opted to use 2 wheel barrows and 2 shovels instead.

Mid way through the excavation, the crew laid down their shovels and said it was too big of a job and quit working. I immediately offered to help them out and I began digging with my own shovel and using my own wheel barrow to help keep them motivated and prevent them from quitting. They refused to continue working and called their boss Adrianna to inform her it was more than they anticipated doing. I completely understand that sometimes a poor estimation of a job can occur. The owner Adrianna malevolently called to discuss the job and I subsequently offered to increase the amount I would pay of which she declined. Instead they chose to pack up their equipment and leave. I am now left with a big dirt hole in my yard and the paver crew is gone.

After begging to please continue to work, I gave up and turned to the BBB to report this event. I am left with my side yard destroyed, and progressively deteriorating day by day with rain washing it away into my neighbors yard as the Seville St Augustine grass is no longer in existence after being dug up.

This by far is the worst customer service I have ever seen. Why would they not want to keep working with my willingness to pay more? This is clearly incompetent, malevolent, malicious and laziness from a company that lacks proper english skills and cannot estimate a job correctly or willing to have good business ethics.
