AVOID SCAMMERS! DON'T BUY AN AC UNIT FROM THESE PEOPLE ! ONLY IN BUSINESS A FEW YEARS AND WON'T BE LONG! Sold me an AC unit that has broken down numerous times in the first few weeks. Won't honor the parts and labor warranty! Owner of business and office manager stopped taking my calls when they failed to figure out what's going on with the issues. So much for my one year parts and labor warranty on the equipment I bought a few weeks ago!! Don't fall for his nice guy act he is as phony as a $2 bill! See reviews stating he stops taking your calls when system continues to break down and it will!! They left my heat pump uninstalled and didn't bother to tell me. I would have had no heater when the time came to need it !! Don't let five star rating fool you read other reviews! This is common practice for this incompetent company! 2 Other companies came and did a complete inspection and found faulty potentially dangerous conditions ! Equipment won't even pass inspection! There was no permit shown to me and no inspection done. Michael his manager can't even answer most basic ac questions & he has 15 employees and had most of them at my house and none of them could figure out the issues.! The owner’s excuse is always sometimes parts are faulty and told me that the parts are cheaply made!! He also admitted that it is common for parts to break on the units he sells!! On October 4 they came back and they had to clear a clogged drain line. October 7th they had to come back out again air-conditioned still not working correctly and broke down and I was without air condition on and off during this period of time. Fuses kept blowing in the unit and not cooling the house. They came out twice that day and no one could figure out what was wrong. I was left overnight without working air conditioning and it was hot in the house. October 8th they came out again and they discovered a leak in the plenum. October 9th unit not cooling house they came back and had to replace the brand-new broken motor at least they say it's brand-new they had to replace the motor in the air handler. They made the mistake of not wiring my house with new wires when they installed my unit and it caused all kinds of issues. They had the nerve to claim that they were trying to save me money by not installing new wires. It would have cost him more money to put in new wires and he clearly cuts corners! There was only one price quoted and no options mentioned when purchasing unit. I insisted there was an issue and he kept telling me the unit was in perfect working order and that is when he stopped taking my calls. I was forced to hire another company to come out on October 16th to do diagnostic test .It has been over three weeks now with continuing problems with what's supposed to be a brand-new air conditioning unit which is obviously faulty and I have been told the air conditioning unit will probably not last very long because of how faulty the equipment is and how poorly it was installed. Owner told me it is common for the following parts to break right away and this happens all the time!! Some of the broken parts on my unit were sensor was faulty, thermostat faulty more than once, the plenum leaking, Air handler motor burned out. Fuses blowing ! Now I have to spend thousands of dollars for repairs or replace the entire unit and start over at my expense!! Forced to stop payment on credit card !
