Provided by YP.comThis particular location has the rudest grooming staff I have ever met. I was told on the phone they had time and could take my pet immediately as long as I had a copy of her shots. When I got there I was told by the person behind the counter that she didn't know why I was told to come right over, no one was available to bathe my dog. This person was not concerned that we were given incorrect information & instead of being nice chose to speak to my husband and me as if we were a huge inconvenience. Needless to say we didn't leave our girl & never went back.
It's too bad I couldn't submit this without checking even 1 star.
