BE CAREFUL WITH THIS BUSINESS. I set my account on auto pay, presented, my credit card and told I was on auto pay. I PAY ALL MY BILLS AUTO PAY. I don't have time to run around paying bills in person. I got a phone call on a Saturday morning saying I owed a $35.00 late fee. I explained I was auto pay, only to be told I wasn't and owed the money. I told them I would come and work it out Monday. I RECEIVED ANOTHER CALL SUNDAY MORNING. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I went into the facility Monday, where again they argued I was not on auto pay. The district manager did not call me and THREE phone calls to the regional manager with no return call. Instead I got another call from the facility today for the money. At this point I paid them. The $35.00 is less than my pedicure, they can have it.

What a nice facility!
Not only was the facility clean and worthy of storing my personal effects, but the personnel was very nice and easy to deal with. highly recommended.
