When Clyde passed they met us at the vets office and transported him to be cremated. They were respectful and courteous in a very emotional time. We will miss you Clyde.

You could not ask for more compassionate and caring people when dealing with your loss. The staff at Orlando Pet Crematory, especially Jeannine (owner) and Jim, are incredibly understanding and gentle in their handling of your companion. Over the years, we've said goodbye to 3 dogs and 2 cats....and each time, our loss was handled with understanding and dignity. Jim is professional and efficient, warm and very reassuring. I could not imagine going anywhere else for these sad and final endings....Thank you so much to the staff of OPC for caring.

sudden passing left us unprepared for the next step. The only person and company to call is Jim at Orlando Pet Cremetory Jim was not only understanding when I called him, he was on his way to meet me at the vet's office. Lovingly rewrapped Lucas in soft cloth and gently placing him in his car, allowing me place a single rose by his side along with his favorite toys and sleep pillow eased my pain in saying goodbye to Lucas. Jim does have the blessed touch to comfort as previous reviewer stated. My Lucas received a private cremation, performed quickly within hours of being placed Jim's gentle hands. Exceptional service with my highest recommendation.

Jim came right out to our home, to pick up our dog after her passing. This man has the blessed touch to comfort you! His understandings and concerns got my family through a real hard time. This company and their services is tops, all the special things that are done, are done the right way.

Comfort was made within the first few seconds of the phone call, the staff offered solutions to our family needs. Apon our arrival at Orlando Pet crematory, the staff put all the worries, and pain behind us and made the expierence and process pleasent for my family. I was real supprised about the fast process and being able to obtain my loved pet cremains the folling day! I grabbed a handful of business cards to pass around to all my pet loving friends, knowing I offered a caring business for thier time of need.

I always knew that when my dogs passed I wanted them cremated but never really thought about it. When my oldest dog Pene (my rock) got sick and I knew it was time I was lost. I looked in the phone book and found the Orlando Pet Crematory. When I called they understood everything that I wanted and offered it also. They treated her like the member of my family that she was. Her cremation was private which was very important to me. This has been one of the hardest times of my life and they were there with me the whole way. They showed so much caring, understanding, and compasion. I will always be grateful for that. And when I need to do it again I will call them. I cannot thank them enough for what they did for me and my girlie-girl Pene when I needed it the most.
