Worst buying experience I have ever had and I've bought 30+ cars in my lifetime. Bought a used Mercedes E350 and the day I drove it off the lot started having problems. A month later the car has been in the shop for 10 days now with over $2600 in needed repairs. I spoke to the general sales manager and his response was the car is sold as is. We purchased a $3400 warranty which our claim is being denied because the car has rust. How can a prestigious dealership sell a car with so many known issues, I can't imagine how this car would pass inspection which if it did I can't imagine how good the service department is, this car should of been sent to auction, not sold at a dealership that promotes VIP service to all their customers, I sure did not experience VIP service.

first maitenance service

i bought my s-class a year ago. This was my first scheduled maintenance. I must say i was impressed. The service was completed ahead of shedule and it was a smooth transaction. Chad was my service advisor and did a fantastic job. I was satisfied.

MUCH BETTER than the other MB dealer in town

Customer service, quality of car service, prices, and even the car rental service are so much better than the MB dealer that is 5 min down the street from me. It's worth my time and sanity to travel the extra 25 minutes to get my E350 taken care of by the MB dealer near Millenia Mall.

Mercedes Benz-the best or nothing!

My husband and I continue to buy from Mercedes Benz of South Orlando because of Sam Beg, our salesman. He is outstanding! Sam is very knowledgeable, professional, and listens to our needs. Great Service

Over the past six months I have had two flat tires, dumb luck! I have to say that Chris Overmyer who is one of the service managers is great to work with. He offered to come to my place of work, pick up the car, have the tires replaced and then returned to my work. I really appreciated this extra touch. We are all busy so the extra time I got back from Chris's assistance was greatly appreciated. Thank you Chris!

Excellent Service and follow up!

If you haven't visited this dealership, do do. Excellent service, excellent people, and excellent follow up to make sure things went right! I went to another dealership first, and was not to happy .. and then discovered this one by Millenia, and have never taken my car anywhere else since. The service, location, and the cleanliness of the facilty make it the best!
