Manheim Central Florida is terrible about getting back to you on "IF" sales. Had to call them repeatedly and still never received an answer. One star only.

I have bought 3 cars from this place. They do have very nice high end cars, BMW's Mercedes..... They come on very friendly in the beginning. Well my first car was purchased in 2008. They have been through 4 Managers, and if you want your title after the long payment process, you had better hire an Accountant. They are Very Lazed about posting proper payments!! Towards the end when you try to reconcile your payments coming up on your last payment, they all of a sudden hit you with you totally Missed like 3-4 payments, now you have to go through bank statements and prove to them that the payments were actually paid. I have watched them write down credit card numbers from a phone call, with the person making a payment, and they did Not run the payment while I was there, so it's not hard to imagine they "Loose" payments..... it is very hard to prove a payment from 12/08 on 8/10 !!!
