While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. Together in a collaborative method we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling life. I work with clients struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression and other issues driving negative behaviors and thoughts. I love to work with the whole system and include any members of the family willing to support the clients growth.
