Great friendly staff and great prices . Will highly recommend them to anyone . Owner is awesome and made me tear up at the beautiful work he did for me. Will be seeing me again next week ����

My friends and I came in a little less than a week ago for piercings. The place was decently nice. But clearly the workers didn't realize that my friend speaks Spanish, because from the minute we got in there, the 2 guys at the front desk began talking sh*t about us the entire time. They said that we were "typical tourists" (even though we LIVE in Orlando); "basic white girls who are gonna regret this in a few years," and we were "stupid for getting these piercings." If it weren't for the guy who actually did the piercings, I would have said something personally. My friend heard all of this and we got to stand there waiting to get piercings because we couldn't get our money back. The actual piercing guy, don't remember his name, was amazing. He kept us laughing and was extremely kind. I gave it 3 stars for the piercings because the work was great. As for the staff. I wouldn't recommend. I'm still pissed off and it's been days. Why in the world do they care who we are?? We paid $60 for 2 piercings...

This place is wonderful actually. Good customer service, Friendly, great artists, organized, very clean and patient when it comes to doing tattoos and piericings. I would recommend to anybody !! I have nothing wrong to say about this place.

Maybe they do a pretty good job on tattoos, I can't really say. All I know is my mom took my younger sister there for her 15th birthday to get her nose pierced, and the person who did her piercing gave her no aftercare or cleaning instructions other than to wash her hands before she cleans it. That was it. She's an uniformed teenager, whoever did this piercing should have been a bit more informative and helpful.

I came from Chicago and stop by a few shop in Orlando looking for a custom peice and found a spot that was pretty lay back the staff was really helpful and came up with my drawing within minutes, not to mention how clean and professional there shop was..It was a nice experience cant wait to come back....

IM IMPRESSED WITH THE TALENTS FROM THESE ARTIST IM GOING BACK FOR MY THIRD TATTOO. I RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ALL....

I want to thank all the guys and girls at heavenly inkz! I searched plenty places before getting my tattoo. I dont regret one bit about choosing u guyz! Very family oriented and patient. Your guyz definately know how to dedicate time for each individual and make sure the tattoo decided is what its truly wanted. Prices are reasonable and accurate. Your bussiness is clean and colorful :0) something I enjoy seeing! my sister and I chose u guyz to do our first tattoo and since then, I have had my fiancee, and three of my friends at st.cloud home depot go to get tattoos there. Not to forget my sister went back for a second tattoo. Im truly satisfied as well as all my friends and family. Thank you for your compasion and service to our choice of art!

Went to this studio after some bad and some good had been told to me about the place.Not one to make decisions based solely on others words ,I decided to try them out myself.What a mistake.The price after the sketch was done turned out to be completely different from what I was quoted, and they were fuly aware of what they were sketching before the sketch was started.The woman that works there (I believe a wife of the owner was very rude and distasteful).I would never recommend this studio and will tell all who want a tattoo to go elsewhere.

I have been to many Tattoo shops But I have never received the quality of service, talent and the cleansiness I have ever experieneced

This shop has to be one of the cleanest and most organized Tat2 shop that I have been in.

The people there are amazing, Very friendly and family Oriented. I walked right in and had someone approach me

to help and give there in put on what would look great. I Felt very comfortable in the shop, The employees were taking the time out to get to know me not only just tat2 me. I would definitely get my next tat2 there. I recommend this Tat2 shop to everyone and anyone.
