I placed an order for my best friend's birthday over a week ago and its 8:00pm and the delivery hasn't get there yet, it's not even a holiday. How come they promise delivery same day. I Called the store earlier to find out at least if they had an idea about delivery time because I was not able to track it online but the guy on the phone was very, very rude. My friend has spend her birthday at home waiting for something that probably won't get there tonight. Awful customer service and very poor customer satisfaction. I don't recommend this place at all, unless you are looking for an excuse to write a bad review, save your energy and your money and go to another place

DO NOT USE VERY

OMG horrible, horrible, horrible service did I mention HORRIBLE service not only the order wasn’t delivered but there was no answer the entire day! If you have money to splurge then try it but it would be a guarantee disappointment
