Both visits to this clinic were awful, first waiting room is very small and so overcrowded they have chairs outside in front of the office for patients, if the weather is bad then you have to stand up, only about 8 chairs to sit inside.. This waiting room has no air conditioning, heard patients complaint about this issue but no one at the front desk had anything to say. Patient scheduling is a mess, from what I experienced they must schedule a patient every 10 mins. Dr Nieves was not at the office and her husband was taking care of the patients, he hardly listened to what I had to say and seemed to be more preoccupied about rushing from one room to another trying to take care of 4 patients at the same time, heard patients screaming , guess they don't proved any local anesthetic while handling seriously ingrown toenails. Will never set foot in this office again.
