Have long been an Internet shopper, especially for specific, hard to find items for the home. Had been looking online for a couple months for a certain design element to incorporate into my home. Had pretty much given up and was "settling" on something which was expensive and would, in reality, "just do."Heard through word of mouth about Designs by Carmen. Expected a little "mom & pop" place and was totally overwhelmed and unprepared for the scope of what Carmen has to offer by way of home decor. Several rooms showcase her artistic talents, and then there's a huge warehouse and work area attached so she is able to quickly make just about anything you could possibly want or need. In fact, was rather taken aback when I saw she was working on designs to be shipped to a large, upscale casino in Las Vegas. Yes, they ordered across country for they wanted excellence. To date have been back to Carmen three times and will become a frequenter of her business for when I need something which will make my home stand out from all others."Kudos" to Carmen and her kind staff.
