We hired the crawfish company to cater our mardi-gras party. They prepared onsite Louisiana crawfish, red beans and rice, jambalaya, crawfish ettouffee along with Jack Daniels bread pudding and provided Cajun zydeco music. All the food was excellent. Our family guests felt like we were back in Louisiana. These guys are the real deal.
