After years of searching for resources, information, and affordable business coaching our founder, Coleen Otero found herself building a Facebook online community called Get it Girls in 2012. Right in the midst of recovering from the recession, after losing her business, homes, cars, and fair-weather friends… Coleen was at her lowest point, but with a determination to rebuild she placed a focus on her faith and the GIG community. In August 2016, Coleen hosted the network's first annual event titled Dominate! Since then the network began to grow and evolve over the years with a focus on coaching, content, and community for female CEOS’ through online courses, group coaching, live events, branding, and marketing services.
