I began lessons at the age of 46 and have taken for 3 years. Butch is amazing. He is a talented musician and lets me learn songs I love and am passionate about... which makes learning a lot more fun. He focuses on your strengths and makes you feel good about your progress. Most importantly, Butch is a good person who is a joy to be around for that one hour each week.

My 9 year old daughter Addison has been a student with Butch for the last year. He has an amazing talent... not just as a musician, but also as a teacher. Addison had never played any instrument before, but was inspired by Taylor Swift and had an interest in learning. Butch has an incredible way of making people feel comfortable that brings out their talent. She knows all of her chords, can read music, and knows a half dozen songs! Most importantly, Addison has a passion for music and is a more confident young lady that believes she can do anything! Thank you, Butch!!

Butch has been working with me for a few months now and my progress has been great . I 'm very impressed with his knowledge of music and the ease that he has relating it to me.
