There is a sign on the door that's says "backpacks will be left at the front while you shop." I'll gladly show you it. No one chased you sir. I asked politely while you were at the front of the store. I am an Army veteran too. I go by the rules not by the color of your skin. I apologize you felt that you were "shamed".

I'm not sure what Als Army Navy the fellow raters have been visiting but it's not been any of the ones I've been to.
The staff is always friendly and helpful...the neighborhood isn't so great they do sell firearms so perhaps, that's why the licensed CCP staff has guns on their hips. (most gun shops have staff who carry)
The gun prices are very reasonable...much lower than the big box stores, and if they don't have what you want, they will order it.
I think they're one of the better Army Navy/gun stores in the city.

Don't come here! I've been in the military for some time now and was looking for a place to get rid of all my gear and this is what I found. Needless to say I showed up with some of my stuff and this guy wanted to pretty much rip me off for all that I had. The sad thing is that the majority of the things I had were brand new and never used with a price range of a couple hundred. It was almost a slap in the face. If you are in the service and have lots of gear and to sell stay away from here, find another way to sell it. What a joke!!

Bad neighborhood, bad customer service, bad attitudes. Two of the employees actually walk around with unconcealed weapons strapped to their hips. These guys are from the Cro-Magnon age. There are better options out there - please choose them.

Decent supply of items and supplies here. Customer service is lacking a bit. They don't allow backpacks or duffel bags into the store (unless you leave them with the clerk)
