Filing a BBB report today. The cleaners were good when I first started using their services. In the last month or so however I have had clothing missing, spots that easily could be removed blatantly left both on laundered items and dry cleaning. And the services is just sub par at best. Requested information from the manager about items taken/missing and just has an attitude.



Do a further search online (which I failed to do) and see where others have had the same complaints. Avoid this dry cleaners!

I fell for the same trap as the person below me.. I live in the Vue & they recommend them.. Just picked-up my dry cleaning from the front desk & I'm missing my favorite shirt. :(



bottom line: do NOT trust Adair with your clothes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I live at The Vue (I'm a little upset that they recommended me to them) because their quality does not match the price. The final product is aweful and they lost my Burberry sweater then refused to pay for it. I hope I find a good cleaners soon :(

I used to use this cleaners because I live in College Park and it's the close to me. But I now take the extra two minutes to drive to my new cleaners on Westmoreland. Adair ruined three of my Gucci shirts and never payed me a penny for them. Just aweful.
