Picked up a pallet of test equipment from them last night. I flew to Chicago last week, bought the material, packed it very carefully and flew back. Went to pick it up last night, the pallet had been DROPPED off a fork lift, MANY items MISSING, what was there was BROKEN. This is test equipment, if you drop it a foot to the ground it will need to be recalibrated, it looks like it was dropped about 10'.



I insured it for $5,000, it's worth about $20,000 it was I should say until Don and his boys got their hands on it. It may be worth nothing now. Just got off the phone with Don, I can tell this is going to be a fight, sending THEIR adjustor to estimate the damage. Well, I called MY ATTORNEY (Fishing Buddy) last night, and I promise, if they don't make good on EVERYTHING, this is going to be a huge headache for them.
