their front end staff is incompetent. when i went in for my appt they said it wasn't scheduled until 2 months from then at a totally different time. When i told them that's not what i scheduled for at all the receptionist just blankly looked at me. It would be fine normally since i understand mistakes happen but this is the third time it's happened. I will be telling everyone i know never to come here because they can't do a simple thing like schedule appts.
