Me and my family went to Outback in Orland approximately 3 weeks ago. There were 5 adults and 1 baby. The host said we could have a seat at the bar while they got our table ready. The 5 of us proceeded in having a drink at the bar while we waited. Well, about 20 minutes or so went by and I had finally walked up to the host to ask him if he had forgot about us. They had seated about 4 or 5 other parties during the time we were waiting. They through a table together that would not even sit 4 people comfortably, so my brother decided that we go elsewhere to eat. THE SERVICE WAS VERY VERY POOR AND THE ATMOSPHERE REALLY SUCKED. THE FLOORS WERE SO STICKY, OUR SHOES WERE STICKING TO THE FLOOR. NEVER EVER WILL WE RETURN TO THAT PARTICULAR OUTBACK!!!!!!!

Mr Ben's review is completely out of date. Been a lot of changes at Outback and there are better places to dine on a good steak.

I have been going with my family to a restaurant by the name of OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE and I think it’s about time for me to spread the word about this fantastic place. The restaurant I frequent is in Orland Park is always crowded but for good reason. Its kid friendly the waiters and waitresses are very polite and professional. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the food portions are enormous.



Considering that I have been to this restaurant probably at least 20 times I don’t ever remember having my food being prepared incorrectly, waiting to long, or having any type of issues with the waiters or waitresses.



This is a very affordable family style restaurant that I am recommending to anyone that will listen. GOOD EATING
