I'm officially done with Joe Rizza Ford. Because of location convenience, I have taken my vehicles to them for repair several times only to be disappointed almost every time. for whatever reason, they seldom are able to make a repair in one day so you have to plan to not have a car at least two days and sometimes more. Maybe they overbook or maybe their mechanics are just not efficient but in any case it's quite frustrating. During my last (and final) visit, they had my car for two days and drove it over 50 miles trying to find a noise in the front end that was so obvious it's not even funny. When I picked the car up, the only thing they did was "blow some rocks out of the quarter panel" which did nothing at all. the noise was still there. So I turned around and went back to the dealer and was told that I would have to make a new appointment. I called the Service Manager the next day and left a voice mail about my experience and received no return call. I then waited about a week and the sent an email to their general manager and received no response at all. Unbelievably poor service and customer relationship management skills. I guess they have all the business that they need already. btw...I took my car to Currie Motors in Frankfort and they were able to diagnose the problem right away and replace the wheel bearings. No problem.

This place is despicable - even by "used car sales" standards! Not sure how these people sleep at night when they sell a car to an 18 year old making his first car payments on a part time job while attending college, only to find out when he gets it home that it needs at least 5 serious repairs!!

The first one left him stranded on the side of the highway!!

Yes, I know the adage of "buyer beware", but this is unacceptable & inexcusable.

I would never buy another vehicle from this place and would warn everyone I know to not buy here!

A few months ago I visited this car dealer and everything was going good until......I was shown a car that I wanted to test drive. it was a decent car but it took forever for the sales person to get the car even thou it was in their front lot. in the meantime another sales person was really aggressive into showing me a car I was not interested in. after a long wait I finally test drove the car and made an offer on it and it was accepted so i left a check for the full amount...this was a Saturday early evening. I was suppose to pick up the car on Tuesday because it needed a windshield repaired. I get a call on Monday from the dealer saying that I need to put an additional $2500.00 to get the vehicle because they felt the car was worth more mind you the I offered them $500.00 more than the asking price originally. Even thou I had a bill of sale they said they wouldn't release the car to me. I offer to meant them halfway of the additional money $1,250.00 and they still said no! I will never come here AGAIN!
