My son is getting married this weekend and his bride decided to get the bridesmaids dresses done here. My daughter, daughter-in-law and two other bridesmaids dresses that were ordered here were completely messed up and do not fit. Now they are even worse after going in for alterations. After alterations they cut off too much fabric and the dresses are too tight and uncomfortable and they now say there's nothing they can do. Asked if they have another seamstress that could correct the problems and they actually asked if they know of one we know that they could use. We are trying to take the dresses to another seamstress to get them so they are usable for the wedding on Saturday. I would advise you never ever even enter this establishment. Don't mess up your wedding. Go somewhere else.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! PAID FOR A DRESS IN DECEMBER IT IS ALMOST SEPTEMBER, THE DRESS IS NOT BACK AND EVERYTIME YOU GO IN OR CALL, THE LIE CHANGES WHEN THE DRESS WILL BE AVAILABLE. ONE CLERK SAID COME IT ITS HERE. ARRIVED 30 MINUTES LATER TO BE TOLD 2 WEEKS IT WILL ARRIVE FOR 4 WEEKS TO PASS AND NO DRESS

They have so many problems delivering dresses even delivery people hate them! I would never trust them again! They delivered a dress 4 days before a wedding (12 months after delivery) and then tried to charge a rush alterations fee!! Another bride in there was questioning if her dress was authentic or if they just made a copy in the back-STAY AWAY Awful people!!

The students in my sisters pre-k class are smarter than the employees at the house of brides!!!

This location just opened a few weeks ago and they have really fantastic dresses with tons of beads and crystals for great prices! I bought my dress and found my bridesmaid dresses there too! If you have an eye for detail, you will be very pleased!!!
