Their front end staff is incompetent. when i went in for my appt they said it wasn't scheduled until 2 months from then at a totally different time. When i told them that's not what i scheduled for at all the receptionist just blankly looked at me. It would be fine normally since i understand mistakes happen but this is the third time it's happened. I've also called them in the past when i had a problem with a prescription they wrote for me and could never get anyone to call me back. I will be telling everyone i know never to come here because they can't do a simple thing like schedule appts or call people back.

This doctor was visited by myself complaining of a blister on my face that would not go away. She took a biopsy which left me with a very bad scar on my face which looked like someone had taken a potato peeler and skinned my face. She had her nurse, NOT HER call me and tell me I had cancer. She never explained ANYTHING TO ME in this regards but had a nurse who scared the heck out of me telling me I had cancer and that I needed surgery! She said that their doctor was from Northwestern University who would eliminate this cancer. This nurse gave me the impression he was a Plastic Surgeon. In fact he was not, he was only certified in Mohs Surgery but yet he advertises himself as a Plastic Surgeon. This doctor too DID NOT EXPLAIN anything to me of what this disease was and what he was going to do and I assumed that of course he would not harm me according to the Hippocratic Oath he took. This doctor didn't even talk to me. His nurse did all the talking and even told me when it was all over "That I could have said NO to this". I was so dumbfounded when she said this I couldn't think right and didn't hear what else she said. I mean I just couldn't believe she would say something like that when it was all over. This made me physically and mentally sick. This was reported to the Illinois Department of Regulations and they agreed that how this whole thing was carried was wrong and that this office would take note of what those doctors did and what that nurse said to me. Rhanuka Bhatt treats everyone like they are slum dogs and they are beneath her. It made me glad to know that the illinois Department of Regulations has a complaint registered with them about her practices and those of that nurse who acted as if she knew everything and had the nerve to say that I didn't need to have that surgery. Every day I am reminded of what happened to me when I look in the mirror and see the horrific scar on my face. I wish they had recommended a Real Plastic Surgeon but they did not. They gave me in the impression that the doctor who scarred my face was and that to me is so wrong. This scar is so bad that I have had to psychological therapy for the complete and utter trauma of what they did to me. I hope this never happens to any one ever again. Thank you for allowing me to post this review. This doctor is not a very good doctor and makes people feel bad about themselves, and even scars them for life.
