Provided by YP.comDavids Bridal in Orland Park, Illinois has the worst customer service I have EVER experienced in my entire life. They made so many mistakes, I don't know where to start. From ordering the wrong sashes TWICE, to ordering the completely wrong veil. My bridesmaid dresses were not complete without a black satin sash that we paid extra for and Davids Bridal messed the order up so much that my girls are not going to have them in time for our wedding. And let me tell you these dresses do not look good without the sash that we paid for. The service in this store and the Regional Office was awful. My wedding is 3 days away and I am going to be without the items that I ordered because of the lousy efforts that were made ... or should I say NOT made. If you are getting married and looking to use Davids Bridal, think twice. You don't want your dream day be ruined.
