Very happy with all three cars.

Family loyalty has been established long ago with the Honda brand, but I am impressed with this specific dealer. When buying my third car from this dealer, I was approached by a salesman on my way to the entrance. When he found out I had bought a car the year before from one of his co-workers he immediately pointed me in the direction of the salesman who had entertained me before.
Aside from the common courtesy I found here that is often neglected in other dealers, they were very good at working with me to negotiate a price. If ever I need another car, I know where to get it!

Stay away from these guys. They did a systematic string of lies to me. Nothing was their fault. They even tried to blame me when they could not follow simple instructions that they agreed to previously. The car is good ( except the bridgestone tires...junk ) but I will never buy another due to the fact that I feel that I have no dealer support. The dealership made me not like this car. I will say this for Community Honda, atleast they got me to buy a car from them. Planet Honda in Matteson tried to rip me off ( lied about pre-negotiated price) so bad I had to walk out. And now I see Honda Civic has been downgraded by Consumer Reports. Honda better get its act together. If you lose customer loyalty you are done. In my case dont buy Honda............BYE BYE HONDA !

Although I didn't buy my car from here, I do get it serviced here regularly and I've never had any problems. I've had a couple warranty items done here without issue as well. I have not dealt with any major repairs, so I can't comment on that.

The service writers are pleasant and friendly and their estimated wait times are fairly accurate.

Like I mentioned before, I haven't purchased a car from here, but the sales guys I've chatted with while waiting for service seemed nice and knowledgeable about the cars. I'd be willing to give them a shot when it's time to buy a car.
