I have been very disappointed in the terrible customer service I have received from Art Van. My four kids were expecting to get their bunk beds yesterday and when the delivery came the screws were missing to assemble the beds. My four kids were incredibly disappointed and had to sleep on mattresses on the kitchen floor last night. Art Van then promised to have a team out today with parts to assemble the beds. Now further disappointed because I just received a call saying that that will not happen until Saturday. Will never make a purchase from Art Van again. Will advise all of my friends and family to do the same. They have offered very little in the way of compensation and are full of empty promises. What is truly frustrating is that they have disappointed four young children.
