My husband and I first saw Dr Brash in 2003. After multiple procedures, 6 cycles of clomid, IVF, and FET, we still were not pregnant. The doctor said there was nothing wrong, we just needed to do more. It was some of the worst years of my life. We left him and found out some time later from another doctor that I have egg quality problems. Nothing wrong?!!! He would have had us going forever with that BS. Now in 2013 we began being billed for services that we had not requested or authorized. We called the office repeatedly and were told to put this in writing and have it notarized. We did this.



We asked to see authorization for the services they were billing us for. They were unable to provide any documentation. We are still being billed and now being told that they plan to send us to a collection agency.



When we called the office, they said that they had one dedicated person to deal with situations like ours, which to me says that they are using the same tactics against other people.



The individual, Candace, told us that she was billing strictly on the basis of having a sample in storage. After eight years of not billing us for a sample that should have been destroyed, they never bothered to check their own files before billing. Candace interrupted while we were speaking and then hung up on us.
