I am very distraught over the way I, and my dog, were treated. I took my dog in for a routine cleaning, specifying that they call me before pulling any teeth. They did call me. Telling me that the teeth on her top would need to be pulled from the K-9's back. The lady on the phone also said that some of her incisors would need to be pulled, at which time I asked again, from the K-9's back right? On the top only right? Her reply, "correct".

The incisors are the middle teeth. The front teeth. My poor dog, cannot eat. Cannot keep her drool in. I'm now financially responsible for wet food for the rest of her life, because I am a forever home for this animal.

The Vet, when I came back in, distraught, talked to me as if I were a child, and that I was in the wrong. She refused to take any responsibility. She did not explain the procedure to me correctly and never said anything about the bottom pulling at all. When I asked to see the x-rays.. the computer was conveniently unavailable.
