Provided by YP.comGreat service and great prices. They were very nice and took great care of our pets each time we've been here.

Provided by YP.comI took my puppy to the Orem vaccination clinic and it was a less than enjoyable experience. I didn't like that I couldn't come into the room with my pup and see him get vaccinated like at the actual vet. They took him from me and handed him back less than a minute later. How can you possibly do a good job in so little time? I get that vaccines are quick, but this was WAY quick. What if in their haste they give someone's pet the wrong vaccine by accident? I also asked for some info on neutering my pup. I requested information on the best time to neuter my dog. 4-6 mo or wait a year? I was told have it done early to prevent "bad habits" like roaming and marking. I said, I was aware of that, but I mean health wise, what's better? I hear of people waiting a year for full development? I was repeated the same thing about "bad habits" and my question was not answered. I did NOT feel my puppy was safe with them or that I could trust them. Will not be back. Rather go to my vet, it's worth it.

Provided by YP.comThe worst experience I have ever had! Seriously do NOT take your pets here to have them spayed. We took our dog, and she is active but we kept her very still and quiet, and the staples were already popping out after 8 hours. Seriously, we did everything they told us too and the staples fell out, I know you're supposed to watch and trust me I watched her like a hawk and she was in an E-collar and t-shirt so she wouldn't itch, so it definitely wasn't us.
On top of that we tried to find the emergency number that they said was in the paperwork, it wasn't, so we took her to the emergency clinic. I had to call the next day, but guess what, they were closed, so I still couldn't get that emergency number.
Then when I finally got ahold of someone 2 days after, they gave me the emergency number and said I should give them a call just to check on my dog again. I call the number, and they say that they are only open till 1 it was 1:30. I call the original spay and neuter clinic and they try to call and they don't get an answer either. Apparently, this is supposed to be a cell phone that is one someone. I was then told that she would call me back when she got a reply and that I could keep calling as well. So I did... guess what... no answer from either the clinic or emergency number.
After this we just got so frustrated that we took her to our regular vet and she said this place totally botched the job.
We were tempted by the $75 but when it came down to it, because of their shotty job, we ended up paying about $500 to fix all their mistakes.
These are not, "Best Friends of Animals" this is where you take your pet to either die, or tortured for a few hours just so you can do it all over again 8 hours after that.
Seriously.... I'm warning you do not do your spaying here. Worst....experience.... ever!!
